The most I’ve ever paid for such a small amount of mascara!! £18.70 for 6ml! And apparently there are travel size ones, I actually thought this was the travel size. Ha! Something in me will always begrudge paying this much for a mascara, no matter who it’s by. I just think of the fact that I could buy three mascaras on the high street for the same amount of money, but a good mascara is something I am always searching for. I'm not really a fan of fake lashes so I'm always on the look out for a great mascara, and I know that if I was to find the perfect one, even if it was a bit expensive I would stick with it for sure.
So, was it worth it? Kind of … You can definitely tell straight away you’re using a high quality product, it lifts and lengthens the lashes amazingly straight away, you only need a couple of coats to really open up the eyes which isn’t usually the case with high street brands (and I didn't use eye lash curlers first either). The applicator brush is small which makes it perfect for coating the shorter lashes, the bristles are thin so you get a really smooth, clean application. NO CLUMPS!! I’d say this is a perfect mascara for a minimal day look, if you just want your lashes to be noticeable but not over the top. It doesn’t really thicken up the lashes much though, which is something I like so I don’t think I would choose this for an evening look, or if I was doing a really bold eye look with a thick liner as I don’t think it would stand out enough against it. But it's definitely a great mascara and probably more ideal to wear for a minimal day look, when you don't want to wear much makeup but you still want your eyes to look big and bright.
